We specialize in sourcing and supplying IT requisites, electronic components, mobile devices, and spare parts from trusted global partners. While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and availability updates, specifications may change without prior notice due to market conditions or supplier updates. All products are supplied according to international quality standards, but we do not guarantee compatibility with specific requirements unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Pricing for all products and services is generally quoted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless stated otherwise. Prices may be adjusted based on market fluctuations, currency variations, and product availability. Payments must be made as per the agreed terms and cleared before dispatch. Any delays in payment may affect delivery timelines or result in suspension of further transactions.

Orders placed with Elevate IT Trading are confirmed subject to availability and acceptance. Delivery schedules are communicated at the time of confirmation; however, unforeseen factors such as customs clearance, shipping delays, or logistical challenges may affect actual timelines. While we make every effort to meet committed schedules, Elevate IT Trading cannot be held liable for delays beyond its control.

Returns and replacements are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect product supply. Any request for return must be submitted within seven (7) working days of delivery and is subject to our verification process. Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for replacement or refund, where applicable.

All warranties are limited to those provided by the original equipment manufacturers or suppliers. Elevate IT Trading shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of its products. Clients bear full responsibility for correct installation, handling, and application of the products purchased.

All intellectual property on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and logos, is the exclusive property of Elevate IT Trading. No part of this content may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written permission.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes arising from business dealings with Elevate IT Trading shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.
